  • I am currently in-network with Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Providence, Aetna, and Moda.

    I also accept private pay (self-pay) for sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

    A superbill is a detailed receipt for therapy services that includes the information insurance carriers require to process an out-of-network claim. Clients typically pay for sessions at the time of service and, depending on their plan, may be reimbursed a portion of the cost by their insurer.

    If you have questions about coverage or payment options, feel free to reach out.

  • We are able to do both online or in person, whichever works for you!

  • Missed Sessions:

    Missing two consecutive sessions results in termination of participation.

    Cancellation Fee:

    A $50 fee is charged per missed session without 24-hour notice.

    Procedure:

    Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

    Exceptions:

    Emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be considered.
