We are currently in the process of becoming an in-network provider with PacificSource. While this transition takes place, we kindly request cash payments for services rendered, as we are unable to accept insurance at this time.

We are able to do both online or in person, whichever works for you!

Missed Sessions:

Missing two consecutive sessions results in termination of participation.

Cancellation Fee:

A $50 fee is charged per missed session without 24-hour notice.

Procedure:

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Exceptions:

Emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be considered.
